At Energy Medical Centers it is our practice to do monthly State Board of Pharmacy checks in the states we provide business. To ensure that our partner pharmacies are in good standing, our compliance department will keep a record of expiring licenses as well as disciplinary actions taken by each board. This information is in the public domain and can be obtained through each state board’s website.
Energy Medical Centers’ compliance department will also conduct quarterly DOJ (Department of Justice) checks to establish that our pharmaceutical partners are not/have not been involved in any questionable business practices.
